1. Service Engagements
All services are delivered under a written proposal or service agreement between NVA GLOBAL and the client. Cancellation and refund terms specific to an engagement — including notice periods, deliverable milestones and applicable charges — will be defined in that agreement and take precedence over this general policy.
2. Cancellation by the Client
- Clients may request cancellation of a service by contacting us in writing at support@nvaglobal.in.
- Cancellations requested before service commencement are typically eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable setup costs already incurred.
- Cancellations requested after service commencement will be evaluated based on the work delivered up to the cancellation date.
3. Cancellation by NVA GLOBAL
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services in cases including but not limited to non-payment, breach of terms, illegal activity, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, any refund will be determined based on the work already performed.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days from the date of approval.
- Non-refundable components (such as third-party costs, government fees, and completed deliverables) will be excluded from the refund amount.
- Bank or payment gateway charges, where applicable, may be deducted from the refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please email support@nvaglobal.in with your engagement reference, contact details and reason for the request. Our team will respond within 3 business days.
