2. Scope of Services
The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and commercial terms of any engagement will be defined in a separate written proposal or service agreement between NVA GLOBAL and the client. This website provides general information only.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information required to deliver the agreed services.
- Facilitate access, approvals or resources reasonably required for service delivery.
- Pay agreed fees as per the invoicing schedule set out in the engagement agreement.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be as agreed in writing. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payments may attract interest or suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We treat client information as confidential and use it solely to deliver contracted services. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information except as required by law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. Termination does not affect obligations accrued prior to termination.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
